At Exodus Educational Consulting, we believe in the power of joyful learning. Our research-based approach, combined with hands-on experiences, nurtures academic, social, and emotional growth in students, preparing them for successful futures.
Exodus Educational Consulting uses the model of Student-Centered Coaching (SCC). SCC is an evidence-based instructional coaching model that shifts the focus from ‘fixing’ teachers to collaborating with them to design instruction that targets student outcomes. Taking a data-driven approach increased the learning and efficacy of teachers, coaches, and most importantly our students.
This tiered-approach model lives in each phase of our coaching plan to support building, sustaining, and modeling capacity for others. All professional development specialists at EEC have been trained in the student-centered coaching model.

We equip educators with the knowledge needed to promote challenge and joy in learning for students. We encourage educators to use research-based practices that will enrich the lives of students to prepare them to be college and career ready. By using Exodus Educational Consulting, leaders will learn to lead evidence-based strategic improvements by managing change with anticipated complexities supporting the perspectives of all stakeholders. Teachers will learn to internalize, differentiate, elevate, and motivate students to do more than they think is possible and impact student achievement with positive outcomes.
